Thai Chicken with Basil Stir Fry

Chicken strips in a basil and coconut milk sauce are served over jasmine rice.

Ingredients: 
This is an awesome Asian dish that is sooooooo good!!! You should so try it!!!! If you like this comment below :)

Ingridients: 
2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
1 quart water
3/4 cup coconut milk
3 tbs. Soy sauce
3 tbs. Rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbs. Fish sauce
3/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Olive oil
1 medium onion {sliced}
2 tbs. Fresh ginger root , minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 kilo of boneless chicken cut into strips
3 shiitake mushrooms sliced
5 green onions chopped
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions:
1} bring rice and water to a boil in a pot. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes.

2} in a bowl, mix the coconut milk, soy sauce, rice wine vineger, fish sauce, and red pepper flakes.

3} in a skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Stir in the onion, ginger, and garlic, and cook until lightly browned. Mix in chicken strips, and cook about 3 minutes, until browned. Stir in
the coconut milk sauce. Continue cooking until sauce is reduced be about 1/3. Mix in mushrooms, green onions, and basil, and cook until healed through. Serve over the cooked rice.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

These meatballs will melt in your mouth!!! It's so delishes!!! You should so try this!

Ingredients:
{Meatballs}
1 kilo ground beef
1 cup crushed crackers
1 cup milk
1 tbs. Chopped onions
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper
{Sauce}
1/3 cup vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 tbs. Chopped onion

Directions:
1} mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and make them into balls

2} bake on a cookie sheet until browned for about 15-20 minutes

3} mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the meatballs and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for 1 1/2 hours

4} you can serve this with potatoes, but you could pour it over rice or pasta

Italian Alfredo

This is a big hit in my family and is a replica of the Olive Garden chicken Alfredo. It's sooo good!!! Please have a go and let me know how it went with a comment below!

Ingredients: 
-1 C of butter
-3 TBS of cream cheese
-2 C of heavy cream {I sometimes use some milk in this}
-1 TSP of garlic powder
-1 TSP salt
-black pepper to taste
-1 C of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
1} melt butter in a medium saucepan and add cream

2} when cream cheese is softened, add heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3} simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.

4} pour over pasta. We normally grill chicken breasts, or fry them up with a light teriyaki sauce and serve them in strips on top.

Joe&Jude's Awesome Pizza

Ok so I am a big pizza fan and so I have tried many different kinds of pizza in my life. BUT I have to say this is my very favorite pizza evvvvvvver! Sooo good! YOU MUST TRY IT!

Ingredients:
-flat bread
-tomato sauce {spice it your way- I used Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, and basil}
-bacon {semi fried up- it will cook more in the oven}
-cheese {be creative!- I used Brie and cheddar}
-purple cabbage {cut up into thin stripes}
-onions
-I also added some thyme
-green apples or pear drizzled in real Maple Syrup
-drizzle a little of Maple Syrup over it all

Directions:
Add all ingredients on the flat bread of your choice. Put in an oven for 15-20 minutes on 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Take out of oven, let it cool, and ENJOYYYY!!! :----}

Creamed Corn

This is semi to super sweet BUT still yummy!!!! It's like one of those meals that's basically a dessert but you can say its a vegetable, even though corn isn't even a vegetable. Anywho try it anyways!! You will most likely love it!

Ingredients:
1/4 C butter
1/2 C flour
1 kilogram frozen corn
1/3 C water
1/2 C sweetened condensed milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour till smooth. In another saucepan, heat corn and water 10 minutes or until not frozen. Add thickener to corn and mix until smooth. Add condensed milk, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
