Here is the recipe for these delights:

-3/4 cup of butter
-1 and a half cup of brown sugar
-2 eggs
-3/4 tsp. of vanilla

-And about a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, butterscotch or white chocolate (optional)
Directions:
1. First preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and then butter it and flour it (just a little bit so that the cake doesn't stick) in a 9x13 inch baking pan
2. In a small sauce pan melt the butter. Put the brown sugar in a large bowl, add the butter, and stir to combing. Beat in eggs and vanilla (you could stir this but i use an electric mixer...the easy way).
3. In a medium, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients mixing just until smooth batter is formed. If using the chips (i would totally recommend stirring them in the batter).
4. Transfer the batter  to the prepared pan. Bake until browned and toothpick inserted in the center come out clean, about twenty minutes.
5. Cool the blondies in the pan and add caramel to your desire. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!!!
Caramel Recipe:
-1 packed cup of brown sugar
-1/2 cup of half-and-half
-4 tbs. of butter
-A pinch of salt
-And 1 tbs. of vanilla
Direction:
- Mix the brown sugar, half-and-half, butter and salt in the saucepan over medium low heat. Cook while whisking gently for 5 to 7 minutes, until it gets thicker. And the vanilla and cook another minute to thicken further. Turn off heat, cool slightly and pure the sauce into a jar. Refrigerate until cold. Enjoy this yumma food!!!

Just Say 'in about the Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel Bark

This paragraph only pertains to people who are going to be making the Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel Bark.

If you were going to make this and found yourself out of pretzels or chocolate chips (like i was today), don't do what i did and substituted saltines (plain crackers) and home maid chocolate sauce for them. First off the pretzel taste a lot better because they are crunchier and harder, where as the saltines (plain crackers) were kind of....i don't know how to say this...boring?? or not quite right??. Well anyway, you get my point that i am trying to say; MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PRETZELS BEFORE YOU START BAKING THIS!!
The next thing that i would highly recommend is using real chocolate chips instead of chocolate sauce for ice cream  I ran out of chocolate chips and so i though to myself ,melted chocolate chips is almost the same as chocolate sauce..right??. But i was wrong...it tasted kind of rank. I would also highly recommend making sure you have chocolate chips BEFORE you start baking!
These are just a few tips for the Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel...just say 'in!

Chocolate Brownie in a Mug

When I made the Chocolate Mud Cake and the Cookie in the mug, i thought that they were the best desserts you could make in a mug, but wait i found something sooo good that i made it for all my siblings and they love it! This is the one that i will make when i feel like something  sweet...its delicious. Here is the recipe for them:
Ingredients:
- Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Two tablespoons of water
- One/Fourth of vanilla extract
- Four tablespoons of granulated sugar
- Two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
- and Four tablespoons of all purpose flour

Directions:

1. Put in water, oil and vanilla into a mug or bowl (i would highly recommend
a mug since it expands and it is easier to work with). You then whisk well (if you don't have a small of enough whisk to fit in the mug, use a whisker thing that comes with a electric mixer or a fork work wells).

2. Next add cocoa powder to mixture  and mix well.

3.Then add sugar and mix well again

4. Next add flour and mix flour again. Mix all of ingredients well.

5. After that put the mug in the microwave for a minute. The center should be slightly soft or doughy, but be careful not to overcook (you won't have a problem if you do it for only an minute).
6.  Enjoy your beautiful creation with ice cream if you desire (i would recommend this...yummy!)

Chocolate Cookie in a Mug and Chocolate Cake in a Mug

I have always wanted to try the brownie or cookie in the mug, and so i decided to try them. I have to say that i learned an important thing about cooking, follow every instruction to the smallest degree even if it means making it slower. Well here is the recipe for the chocolate mud cake and then i will do the chocolate chip cookie, they are both fairly simple to make, if you do them right of course. :----)

Chocolate Mud Cake:

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of white sugar
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- a pinch of salt or tiny bit basically
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- and 3 tablespoons of water

Directions:
1. The first thing that you do is put all of the "dry" ingredients (sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt) in a mug or small microwavable bowl (i used a mini pie/cake pan that works good as well, but you have to be careful of it overflowing) Mix them well.

 2. You then add the "wet" ingredients (water and oil) to the same bowl or mug. Make sure you mix them well, because I didn't and well there was a little explosion that happened in the microwave...haha (that last you want it more mess to clean up soo i would stir it good).

Here is what the stirred in brownie should look like. Pretty thick and chocolaty looking.

 3.  You then put it in the microwave for a minute and forty
seconds. Make sure yo watch it just in case it does explode on you. Another thing that i did was  put it in for like twenty seconds and then took it out and stirred. I did this until the 1.40 was over.

4. You then take it out of the microwave and let it cool for a minute (or however long you can wait to eat it...i didn't wait but i paid for it with a burnt mouth. Its your choice.)

You can either have it with or with out ice cream; both taste delicious. Enjoy this quick and easy dessert!!

Now for the chocolate cookie:

Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup:

Ingredients:
- One tablespoon of melted butter
- One tablespoon of white sugar
- One tablespoon of brown sugar
- Three drops of vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- One egg yolk
- One fourth cup of flower
-  And two tablespoons of chocolate chips

Directions:

1. First , in a small bowl, mini pie pan, or mug, mix together butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. (This is where i ran in to some problems. You see i didn't exactly know what an egg yolk was..i knew it was either the white part or the orange. So i decided to ask my little brother ,bad decisions, and he said that it was the white/clear part, but then he said "oh wait maybe its the yellow part!". So me being stupid and all decided to just put in the whole thing in it. At least it would have the yolk in, and what difference would it make anyway, but this cookie turned out to be more like a quiche...yuckk. I am writing this short story to tell you that the YELLOW bit is the yolk, use this part only. And when you add the vanilla, you can use more than just three drops..i used more like a teaspoon. (its yummier this way) One last thing..Make sure you melt the butter all the way, because i didn't and well there were clumps of butter at the end. So that one is important too. If you follow this paragraph form essay then your first step will turn out good!)

2. The next thing that you do is add the flour and salt. This part i fortunately did not have any problems with. It also was very easy to do. Mix the two parts together....

 3. After that you add in the chocolate chips.

4. You then mix all of the ingredients together until they are combined.
5. Put the cookie in the microwave for a minute and twenty seconds or until the cookie looks done.

6. After it is done...take it out and let it cool, if you have the patience. You can put ice cream on it or not (i personally like it with ice cream better)

Enjoy your cookie! It only took you five minutes!!

Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel Bark

This is my first out of many blogs about all the yummy food that i bake. Most of them will most likely be desserts but a little savory might be added here and there. These turned out great. My family were like these are actually really good, so if they say there good then there a have to make. I would defiantly recommend these, they are so addictive.
Here is how you make them:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- pretzels
- 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- Sea salt to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. and then line a 9x13" pan (or any pan really, as long as its a decent size) with foil. Lay a flat layer of pretzel on pan (if you don't have the square pretzels then just use two layers of the original small pretzels, they work just as good)
2.Melt sugar and butter in a small pan until they start boiling. Reduce to simmer for five to six minutes, until it is thickened and the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir occasionally so that it doesn't burn. Pour mixture over pretzels and spread out evenly. If the mixture doesn't reach all of the pretzels that is ok (but do what you can). Bake in oven until caramel is bubbling.
3. Remove pan from oven and then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the pretzels and caramel. Let them soften and then melt. Then spread the chocolate into an even layer, at this point you can add the sea salt or anything else for that matter ( nuts, cracker crumbs, or oreo crumbs..ect).

4.  Let it cool in the refrigerator until hardened (usually takes 30 minutes to an hour). Take it out of the pan and break into pieces of your choice of size. I tried to cut it, but it doesn't work. Breaking it is a lot easier. After that you eat them to your delight! I hope you try this, it is amazing :D
