Ok so here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts or pork loin chops
1 can of "whole berry" cranberry sauce
1 small bottle of Catalina "French" salad dressing
1 envelope of onion soup mix
Directions:
Mix sauce in griefs together and pour over chicken or pork in a pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes. Uncover for 15-20 minutes more or until done.
Serve over rice or noodles. :------]
